Good Morning Kingsmill!

Today’s weather forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with a high of 60°. Winds will be light and variable out of the North between 2 and 5 mph. Rain totals overnight came to .6 inches and we will remain cart path only with no exception for handicap flags. The driving range will be closed today due to standing water, we hope to have it back opened by tomorrow. Lately as we have been out working around the courses we have seen several players ignoring the cart path only ruling and driving through turf when they shouldn’t. The cart path rules are put in place to protect and ensure the long term health of the turf. Several golfers have even pulled us aside to mention how often they see other players breaking these rules. With that being said we ask that you all do your part and not only follow the rule but hold the people in your groups accountable. At the end of the day it will make the golf course better for everyone. As always thank you for your support and understanding, we look forward to seeing all of you out enjoying the courses and playing the greatest game ever played!
