Today’s forecast shows for a cool morning with temps in the low 50’s, warming up to 68 through the afternoon. Accompanying the warm up are strong breezes and wind gusts of 35 mph possible.

Plantation fall dryject aerification has been completed, with the course reopening yesterday. Although disruptive to the top putting surface, Dryject aerification is a necessary maintenance practice to ensure the long term health of putting surfaces. Ideally done twice a year, deposit material (thatch) from 1 inch to 8 inches below the surface is removed and replaced with clean, dry sand.

Today the 2022 Men’s Member Invitational is going around The River Course. Good luck to all the competitors!
